Do the US really want to be pretty much totally reliant on China for their magnets / REE supplies? Trump has mentioned it a few times too (although he probably doesn't even know what rare earths are ...).
We need to prove up what we have and get cracking. No wonder the buy side is stacked. The Top 20, strong hands, own around 60% of share on issue. Once 1.1c is taken out, unless a huge amount of hidden supply on the sell side emerges, this will rocket.
