What a joke. Following the BMC acquisition Stanmore is now well and truly big enough to build and develop it's own marketing team and provide benefit to all SMR shareholders from the market knowledge this team develops. Why give potential material value away to Latimore in an opaque related party deal? This is the type of deal a junior would do to provide some cashflow benefit, grow up Stanmore you're a big boy now. Vote no
