    Good questions Dentie. I'd like to point out that the wording for the purpose of the capital raise has been changed after the completion of the capital raise. They literally mucked the participants in the capital raise. Below are two announcements from Cellmid. The first one is from the 7th of April, and the second one is from the 1st of May.
