The last sentence of my last post held the secret...
... it was always about bolstering up the "working capital". If they were serious about the tests - it would have been at least 120,000 tests purchased because the homework (ie - on the TGA) would have already been done.
I wish I would have come down in the last shower of rain...but I've been around since 1957!!
