Case was heard this morning. Only three people in Court (Judge, associate and a member of the public - not me). Arguments heard over zoom / teams.

Basically, IGE's argument was that the Statutory Demand was defective as it had the entity as a creditor in its wrong capacity (MacWeatlh Australia as trustee for MacWeatlh Singapore v MacWealth Australia in its own capacity). The Judge didn't seem to like this argument as it was the same legal entity but reserved Judgement (until tomorrow?). Suspect that SD will be held as valid and that IGE will be wound up very shortly......

Next question is who will be appointed as liquidator? One who buries the mess or investigates the activities of the directors and major shareholders......
