    I imagine that IGE directors will want to make an announcement today which
    "will best serve the interests of our Shareholders and the
    market in general." (quote from last announcement on AGM timing).
    After all the market in general shouldn't have to rely on reading Supreme Court judgements to keep up to date with market sensitive information.
