If the company is wound up, these guys would get absolutely obliterated by the administrators and receivers whom by law must report any wrongdoings they might find during their financial assessment, including any suspicion of insider trading. I dare say the directors on market sale of share following the false ADIA announcement would be identified as one such case. Directors cannot hide. Fun times ahead.
