Well here we all are, a large group of speculative shareholders packed into a very large lifeboat...... with a missing rudder. I guess that the class action discussion of many months ago came to naught then?

Without having all/any of the facts nor being privy to the inner workings of the board, I unfortunately also tend to lean towards your view at this point in time. I hope that I'm wrong of course and that they will yet prove to be adept and up to the task of climbing out of this 'hole of their own making,' smelling of roses.

Tax loss or suspension lifted..... Time will tell.
