It means exploration will go on. Barrick will want to ensure stability.
A miracle Troy came up with lots of resources with their exploration, and they spent only somewhat north of 1 mio or so per quarter. Without a camp Barrick would pay that maybe within a month without spending on drilling.
And as Barrick will not want to run 90k (well, initially) projects, it makes sense to have Troy around.
Of course we cannot be sure of anything.
