Didn't shares come out of Escrow after full year results in August?
That is almost three months
Company released now news so could be escrow shares OR could be a 'SELL' or 'HOLD' from an advising service.
Large volume is interesting ... could be just a bad fund manager who has no idea how to sell/decrease their holding
