I like your thinking - well done. From a legal standpoint they are painting themselves into a corner which is great for CXY. If CSG is allowed to proceed CXY will be able to shread them in court.

My query is on the integrity of the politicians in this case not CXY who have been transparent. They have proven themselves to be capable of great bias and political opportunism which is a great risk to CXY QLD operations going forward but it is my hope they will see sense in the end.

As to the similarities and comments by the KCCG (thanks again Bunya) it is not even close to the CSG experience except to say that they did get themselves worried sick over the CXY activities. At the end of the day it feels the same to the KCCG because they were whipped up into a frenzy and pushed around by the authorities.

Scientifically speaking it was barely even remotely similar, and only si very slightly so, due to two of the substances found at barely detectable levels. This is the factor not understood by the KCCG and ignored by the Qld government. Barely detectable levels - contained in a stable structure.
