That was a good chart re: cost of PDPs, I would say it likely means less competition for charged off debt due to funding constraints with CLH and PNC notably maxed out of credit. The Aus pricing improvment is also consistant with CCP commentary, although they didnt neatly summarise purchase costs like PNC.
