i don't think there is misconduct, more incompetence - the seed shares should have been escrowed and greater marketing to drum up interest in the stock
in addition, i think there is a vindictive element - if you were the investment bank that missed out on the deal, then you'd surely want to dump on your rival ... it has worked a treat as i won't touch another canaccord deal again after this sh1t show
