I believe Love has nailed it.

His early announcement of a November A.G.M. should satisfy Faillace as his nominees for the board will be considered by all shareholders & we would have avoided a rushed, costly & unnecessary E.G.M.

There would be little gained in having an E.G.M. as the time differential between an E.G.M. & the A.G.M. would hardly be worthwhile.

At this point in time I am unsure which candidates I would prefer to be on the board & welcome the 3 months to consider the alternatives. I will be interested to see Love's comments & recommendations regarding the candidates. The additional time also enables the nomination of candidates who have not yet been mentioned.

In the long term, the early announcement of the A.G.M. should prove beneficial for the share price as we will have a new board, supported by the majority of shareholders.
