Is this the company saying hey we have a AGM coming up and by our by-laws we have to tell you the shareholders that if you wish to nominate to be a member of the board that you can and that these nominations need to be sent to us by a certain date. Its such a nothing announcement.... If it is truly a call for SH to nominate anyone keen to see someone stick their hand up...

on the ASX on the 8/4/24 by Lizeng Pty Ltd Can someone clarify the position of Lizeng Pty Ltd and its associate Jialing Liu actual holdings as the maths presented in the table and Annexure 1 do not make sense based off the previous change notification published on the 12/1/24.
By my calculations of table 1 there is 8,616,612 shares unaccounted for. Someone should seek clarification from Lizeng Pty Ltd to rectify their poor maths and publish a correct form as I understand it is their responsibility to ensure information published is accurate and not up to the company to do so.
