I wouldn't think there is much of a law that says OGC has to hand over all their data and interpretations of the ore body if they leave?
Money usually wins. What government wouldn't want the money?
Perhaps they have a preferred operator in mind?
What will happen here resident Philippine experts?
I thought they were going to stand everyone down at the end of March?
