This company may BAG.
Think about it. After 2008 crash, ECE's became more popular with the economic recovery. Right now EVO have to show they can improve occupancy from the current base which won't be hard. They need to acquire more aussie centres and stabilise NZ.
EVO are the second biggest player in the ECE scene in new zealand, so won't get dissolved like the smaller players and may even buy more centres because of this.
Right now it is insanely cheap imo, and seems to keep falling to this price range discounting significant macroeconomical challenges.
