Not sure, the news I am hearing in the market is all positive. There are not many competitors for utility billing solutions in the market which is why they are marching into new geographies. Their biggest competitor is in house built systems which are incredibly costly, require technology refreshes and strong in house skills. I have not heard of any challengers in their space. Their technology does need a facelift, but it is incredibly functional and is the best in this space for water, electricity and usage based movements.
