With the benefit of hind sight, I am of the opinion, the MD was most likely tapped on the shoulder and asked to leave, given the underperformance of the operations and also lack of news. Basically the ex MD was just plain hopeless and clueless.
I am of the opinion, that if the company can maintain a consistent performance and fulfil its production guidance, its SP will start to rise again
