I can see them winding up manila to deal with more Aust debt and use the Aust staff to deal with the US over the next few years while the learning curve is still steep.
Aust as you all say is now well understood, and can be trained out to Manila easily with good controls in place. Then use your top Aust staff to understand and grow the US.
