You are right David. It was BHP's exit that reduced the price to 0.03c. On the last day of their exit, they sold 12m at 0.003c.
As to the counting of SPP shares, these are issued shares which will be forfeited if they're not fully paid by the required trigger date.
Takeaway from yesterday's September Quarter Update
On yesterday's update, it had a more positive spin than usual. More specific details of possible contracting partners and their locations than given previously.
Material Concerns
The continuing failure to deliver a material contract remains a major concern. The promise is greater than it has been for some time but the capacity to get something over the line is still wanting.
I noted a high administration spend in the last quarter. This seems to call for an explanation. Anyone have an insight?
