    Good people don't come cheaply but these guys do pay themselves very well.

    The market went very cold on this when the MYOB sale fell through.

    year on year
    * revenue down $5m
    * EBITDA down $0.6m
    * NPAT up $0.1m
    * Market cap down $ 93m

    MYOB offers $180m for the Accountant Group PMS which produced
    *39% of revenue
    *50% of EBITDA
    *76% of EBIT

    Current Market Cap $80m

    Go Figure.
