We are still in discussion with a number of short listedparties interested in participating in the developmentof SDV. However, as stated in my Chairman’s letter toshareholders last year, any third party investment decisionmust recognize true value for SDV and any third partyparticipant must add something to the project (intangibleor otherwise) that can be readily translated into benefitsfor Galaxy shareholders and other direct stakeholders.
