Reading the Annual Report it indicated that 223000 people under the age of 60 may be effected with one of the disorders NEU is targeting. To me it seems a very small percentage of the population, not sure how the mentioned cash amounts will ever be achieved, unless treatment is extremely expensive? Obviously I am missing something.

Payments of up to US$455 million on achievement of development and annual sales milestones. US$105million is to be paid on achievement of development milestones, split between Rett and Fragile X. The remaining US$350million, is to be paid on achievement of a series of 4 thresholds of total annual sales for all indications.
