I don't think RMY has that much data on its users other than searches, reviews, enquiries and purchases. In saying that, they would have an amazing database of 2 user segments - 1. users that are buying or have bought a property and 2. real estate professionals (agents, mortgage brokers, etc).

I foresee Rate My Agent becoming the Trustpilot of real estate associated services which currently has a $100M ARR IIRC. RMY can get quite far with its current business model and if they can replicate the success in Australia over in the US, I am sure they will have an amazing future.
