Yes, the Nobel for physics caught my attention. I have some books by the science writer John Gribbin, and he gives an excellent account of the development of quantum computers in “Computing with Quantum Cats”. Alain Aspect featured quite prominently. Even our own Martin Fuchsle got a mention in one of Gribbin’s books. It is now almost 10 years old, so Martin must have made quite an impression at a very young age!
I had an interesting thought today…if, in future, the 12CQ chip is widely used (as we all hope) AND we continue to hold AXE shares, each of us would be able to claim a tiny bit of ownership of each chip (well, until they were sold to the user, I suppose.) Anyway, I hope you know what I mean.
