Thats a good question. I dont know if he means they will look to produce overseas or not. The manufacturers in this space are not in Australia so I feel like this means production?
They could base a team elsewhere for some direct involvement as part of product testing with clients or customers as well. A technical team based in USA would allow for some good smooth collaboration.
