I would also take a guess it could be referring to both the Bio-chip, remember that we have a patent outstanding in the US (for the Bio-chip) which they may be waiting on before they sign any agreement with the US or Canadian company. For those that remember Both Martin and Mo were overseas late last year - Martin had a photo outside a Canadian Lab by memory... But don't be surprised either way
