lol i was referring to MCP. In a well run company the founders and then subsequently the board of directors institute a culture of fostering intelligent deployment of capital and managing the company well for shareholders. But not MCP.
MCP is run by a board of directors and senior management who prioritize their own wellbeing first. Because the shareholder register is so open and there is no insider shareholder or activist shareholders, they just destroy shareholder wealth over time.
