I have no idea what they do I'm not defending them.
They have the minimum number of directors and they are all working directors which is more than you can say of other companies. The pay isn't that great you could get that in a regular job with zero risk. Some companies with not much more than this pay thier execs this for just one.
These companies are just expensive lottery tickets. We all know it.
