They have turned it into a lifestyle company. I think the CEO's son works there and look at Reg Nelson, a stalwart of the industry 20 years ago, but he was a director at FAR whilst the CEO did more and more daft things , with the resulting major share price collapse.
I'm going to vote against all items on the agenda. It's the only way to send the boards a message.
