health fund stops sending patient to health scope hospital so health scope suffer revenue and health fund patient suffers at the same time ...!
so how will all this impact HCW? Rent collection is the key and as long as we continue to have rent on time and can increase in line with CPI ...then we can keep $$$ rolling into more new assets
the challenge I see as how will HCW grow considering low population of Australia as you can't afford to have few hundred hospitals in Sydney or Melbourne! So that is the only thing stops making me buy more.
