Just about fell off my chair when I noticed in the Annual Report that there are only 59 shareholders with a holding above 100,000 shares (100,000 shares at .014 cents equals $1,400). Felt like getting a printout to see where I am on the list so I can hang it on the wall.
That answers my thought on why there would be no rights issue to existing shareholders.
