In the annual report, the key performance indicators for senior managers have a 50% weighting on ore reserves and resources. I think Aeris has enough mineral resources for the moment, what we need is capital and feasibility studies to turn those resources into operating mines. A good key performance indicator would be the company's profit after tax. Another good indicator might be copper equivalent production.
For comparison, 29 Metals key performance indicators have only a 10% weight on ore reserves, and a 60% weight based on production and costs. Sandfire has no weight for ore reserves and a 20% weight for cash earnings.
