The Annual Report also revealed the following items which I found of interest:
* Top 20 shareholders hold only 34.5% of shares on issue.
*Mark Gregory Kerr is a substantial share holder owning 10.75% of all shares
*PWC[auditors] use an overall group materiality factor of 5% of the group loss before tax. $196850 is the
resulting calculation .No wonder that frauds can go undetected indefinately.
*POH are now free to persue partnering arrangements for TPM/Diclofenac gel in China.Unfortunately the POH Business Development manager position was ended about 6 months ago which surely must limit lots of future development opportunities.
