    Hi, is your interpretation of the first quote that they sound like they have a few projects but are deciding on the best. Sounds to me like that when they use the word 'review'. The latter half is a given. What do you make of the significance of the second one? I am on the run today so haven't had a chance to pick over it yet and have a think.Thanks
