    The director should've disclosed the lapsed leases in the June quarter activity statement. No mention of it was made in the statement or appendix 5B.



    Arturus Capital (AKW) is likely to follow the same fate.

    AEX should take a further $1.1m impairment on the loan to MDA.

    EDM should also take an impairment on the loan to AEX.
