So what happened to previously announced substantial holder Axel Sartingen who I understand (via the data) to have transferred holdings to BNP Paribas Nominees CLEARSTREAM prior to him reporting being a 9.36% substantial holder (bottom below) ?
based on 9.36%, he'd have to have a holding of 2.12bn x 9.36% = 198.5m shares when CLEARSTREAM is reporting only 141.2m, I actually figure he's been diluted and should have triggerred the +/- 1% change in Substantial Holding susbequent update which I don't recall seeing ?
So genuine question, what's going on there ? I guess he could be topping up via the rise and rise of the BNP Paribas (IBKR) Nominees now at 331m shares atop the list.
The long and short of it is, if he's dipped to below 8.36% or above 10.36% he ought to have updated the market under +/- 1% and the effect of dilution is at play too

I don't think I've seen / could find a subsequent announcement for any +/- 1% change to holdings since this.
