Re: Corporate World / CEO Salary Link. Perhaps, but not exclusively. Yes they do typically correspond, and yes typically correlate to outcome, however, CEO Salaries are typically contractual and not dynamic in nature like the Marketplace. They are term based and subject to a framework of governed outcomes.

I believe in this particular case - it is more like an exception to your statement than aligned to the link you opened with and formed your entire argument around.

Unlike a “typical” CEO’s (predominately and promarily

career business administrators) MM, is the tip of the spear in a scientific and medicinally innovatitive exploration. Executive obligations notwithstanding, MM is first and foremost a scientist. Then a very specialised Medical doctorate. Then HIV Cure Visionary. Then CEO.  And a shareholder. And of 16 years commitment.

MM has disclosured the businesses current position, on-going business activities and short-term objectives (albeit most of which is anocodotal and subject to limited specific information) and reported (factually) the company to be in a healthy financial position. The company will make further announcements when appropriate do so.

I have no doubt MM and BIT have full respect for the ASX and their share price, but right now, it’s their science (the science they have determined no need to disclose to us just yet) is doing all talking. And that conversation isn’t with us, anyway. 

The SP can wait. MM is confident in BITs position and future and is focused on progressing to a cure, not stoking the SP to prevent the impatient from getting a little salty.
