Don't be concerned that it didn't provide anything you don't already know. It's not supposed to. When an AGM date is announced nearly every company attaches the annual report as well. All that BIT has done is put this same information into a nicer looking report - ie its just a cut and paste job from the annual report provided earlier.

In my opinion it shows they are trying to impress someone. Even if it is only the SAB.

What you should take note of are the different resolutions that are to be voted on at the AGM. In particular, SL being nominated as a director. This is a good sign given the estimated R&D spend.

Options are in the money but only just, so I still expect one more positive announcement in relation to the R&D before Dec (possibly before the AGM), followed by the options being underwritten.
