It's been promised for close to 5 years now...I'm sure back then they said it was just around the corner as well. There's no reason to suspect this latest 'promise' is any different. And personally, the more someone says they'll do something, then doesn't deliver, the more I view any of their future 'promises' as suspect.

It's best to view Puntland as having a value of $0, and to make any buy/sell decisions on Range's other assets that stuff is actually happening on. That way you won't be disappointed if nothing happens- and it's just a nice bonus if it does.
