    I understand that Empire Equity Limited is not a UK Registered Company, or a UK Merchant Bank, or a UK Corporate Advisory Firm, as is often attributed to Paul D'Sylva, and further, I understand that it is not an Australian registered company, but is I believe, a company registered in the Republic of Seychelles!
