Shereman whilst your logic is totally sound and would, no doubt, be adopted if an external entity owned Biotron and wanted it to be successful, however Biotron appears to be totally controlled by Miller and she is happy with her circumstances. It is evident that shareholders desires have zero leverage in the workings of the company and are of no consequence. She knows that with each SH who sells out, another will buy in thinking they have bought in at a bargain price. And so it goes on..... for years.
