I wondered why IXR couldn't get a run on during the bull we just had and now I know. Low top 20 and high SOI generally thwarts any run upwards. I'm not surprised to see Argonaut (broker) a massive net seller while Commonwealth (retail) a massive net buyer over the past 2 months. Investor presso out recently points to what is coming next.
