Yes the USA entity was wound up as we don’t currently need it and it was just costing money. We can establish a new US entity when we need it.
We kept the European entity as it costs more to wind it up than keep it going and it has potential value going forward (it is is a pain establishing new companies in the EU).
Nobody has been paid a STI bonus, it hasn’t even been considered by the board yet. I would hope the board has been happy with Phil’s and my performance over the last year, but so far we have not been paid any bonuses.
