Cash and cash equiv = $14.2m
Why do Rox need cash so badly that they accepted a discounted payment from Teck to get it early?
I can only think that they are trying to buy Venus's share of the JVs.
Rox can't use Hawkes Point money to go to 100%, that its allocated to exploration and the DFS.
Rox 100% would add a lot to the MC and make Rox a much more attractive TO target.
