I'm no geo, Bob. My read on the play here is that as part of the original Greenrocks deal and as an experienced geologist, Andrew would have a pretty good idea of what is or isn't there and/or how accessible it is. That he sold such a big parcel at the $0.003 mark (possibly even into $0.002) doesn't exude confidence in the project portfolio. From what I can see, the deal was down at around $0.025 (10x what he sold at for $78k give or take). My view only, not investment advice. Why I was so aggressively chasing Jen/company for updates on the Top 20.

This obviously doesn't account for his personal situation (mighta needed the cash, other investments etc).

I think Peak still offers value here, but not for the faint hearted and/or time sensitive. Typically see markets slow over the summer, so I'm not counting on major announcements. And we are running outta cash. Got explorations grant that expires in Nov. Just don't know that it's much of a catalyst, and to the best of my knowledge, we aren't waiting on any results.
