Congrats to directors for setting the example and increasing productivity 33% by holding meetings only four times instead of six in 2019.
They must have been pretty action packed meetings to deal with CEO leaving, selling the JV, closing retail, responding to COVID, borrowing another $2m at 7% from largest shareholder and losing $8 million.
Makes you wonder what would happen if they only met twice.
