Ann: Annual Report FY20, page-23

I like this report. Good numbers re expenses and no suprises.

Some thoughts I had regarding the Annual Report:

1. Nil performance options granted in 2020 (page 17 or 18)

2. Rob given 14million options to get him to join Brainchip; on 17/8/20. Exercisable at 14.4cents.
But not if he does not stick around (he can't convert them to shares till 17/08/2024).

Similar with Ken - 4million options exercisable at 12.5cents from 10/08/2024. (page 18).

3. 50% of shareholders have less than 5000 shares - lots of small fish amongst us.
1551 shareholders have more than 100,000 shares - lots of big fish amongst us too ! (page75)

4. 36 people have more than 100,000 options each (total of 149,930,000 options).
Who are these 36 people?
Are they all employees (with incentives to do well)? (page 76)

5. my favourite - Anil can resign at any time with no notice.
And Peter only needs to give 4 weeks notice (page 20)
So, if you are thinking of a hostile takeover then you are screwed
