Raising funds has not been a problem for SCI. Heavy over subscription is normal and it became easier and more popular with improving results in the field at Copper Blow et al. Clearly the main project is very close to an initial resource estimate something which would be beneficial to the mkt cap. On that basis alone there is no reason for permanent inactivity. It wouldn't take the smartest lawyers in Australia to take a case forward if deliberate moves played out here to sabotage shareholders and clear breaks of corporate law on the books would be obvious to prove.
I prefer to think at this point that our board is looking out for shareholders interests and have strategies in play. The lack of communication may be the result of ongoing possibilities with other parties possibly hence the lack of work in the field and relative quiet in information to market.
Whatever happens will be dealt with at the appropriate time.
